Peshawar: Protest demonstration against power outages

PESHAWAR: The citizens of Nothia area of Peshawar took to the streets on Tuesday against the prolonged electricity loadshedding and staged a protest demonstration at Sunehri Mosque road, Geo News reported.

According to details, the protestors were carrying banners and play cards, on which they scribed with the slogans against the Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO). They were also seen chanting slogans against the government.

Protestors revealed that they have been experiencing 20 to 22 hours prolonged power outages in their area that caused shortage of water.
