LEAs foil terror plot, recover 475 kg explosives in Karachi

KARACHI: Law enforcing agencies (LEAs) Monday foiled terror plot by recovering 475 kilos of explosives and arrested three accused on the spot in a raid at a house located in PECHS Society here, Geo News reported.

Police said that the pile of explosives included Aluminum Nitrate 350 kilos and Hydrogen Para oxide 900 litres. The explosives were recovered on the information provided by an arrested activist of banned outfit.

Police further said that the explosives were brought from Hub to Karachi. Such explosives were also used in the Abbas Town blast.
