KARACHI: At least eight people were killed in the ongoing wave of targeted killings in different parts of the city on Friday.

Two people were gunned down near Board Office. The bodies were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities.

A body of a woman was found in a gunny bag in Khadda Market area of Lyari. A man was stabbed to death in Bilal Colony. Two bodies were recovered from Manghopir and Banaras Colony areas. A political activist was shot dead in Sachal Goth.

A private security guard was gunned down near Jauhar Complex.
