Tharparkar: PPP’s Faqir Sher Mohammad wins NA-229 partial re-poll

THARPARKAR: According to unofficial results Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Faqir Sher Mohammad Bilalani and Abid Hussain Sundarani have emerged victorious in the partial re-polls held in NA-229Tharparkar and PS-17 Kashmore respectively, Geo News reported.

According to sources, the informal tally also shows Bilalani received 1774 while the runner-up rival, Peoples Muslin League’s Arbab Togachi, could secure only 731 in the reelection at NA-229’s four polling stations, which brings the total unconfirmed count of ballots Bilalani bagged to 86, 592. Togachi’s aggregate turned out to be 84, 922 votes unofficially.
