IHC declares appointment of 45 FIA officials illegal

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the appointments of 45 officials of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) illegal on Thursday, Geo News reported.

According to sources, the IHC has announced that the appointment of 45 officials, who were on deputation, is illegal.

The petition was submitted by the FIA employees against the appointment of the deputed 45 persons.
