CNG prices hiked after increase in GST

ISLAMABAD: Following increase in General Sales Tax (GST) in federal budget, CNG prices have also been raised in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region and Balochistan, Geo News reported.

According to notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), CNG price in Region-I has been increased by Rs0.46 and by Rs0.39 in Region-II.

With this hike, CNG will be available at Rs74.90 per kg in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region and Balochistan.

In Region-II that included Sindh and Punjab, new CNG prices will be Rs66.18 per kg.
