Firing injures five in Karachi

KARACHI: Five people sustained injuries in a firing incident near Korangi Industrial area of megapolis, Geo News reported Monday.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Korangi, Qasim Ghauri, unknown outlaws sprayed volley of bullets in the remits of Korangi Industrial area police station, injuring five people who were taken to a local hospital. However, he added that all the injured were out of danger.

Investigations were underway into incident, said the DSP.
