KARACHI: Opposition Leader in National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah Thursday predicted that the outcome of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) referendum on whether or not join the Sindh government will be in favor of PPP-led provincial government.

Talking to Geo News senior anchor Hamid Mir in ‘Capital Talk’ program, Shah demanded that the ultimatum to stop target killings should also be given to Balochistan government.

He sought the Federal government’s cooperation for putting a curb on target killings in Karachi.

In a candid talk, the PPP’s senior leader endorsed the viewpoint of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on the country’s security agencies.

Khursheed Shah said not only the former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf be put to trial but also those who extended their support to him during his rule.
