ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly, Khursheed Shah said Thursday that the Swiss cases were being reopened and it seemed the government’s patience had run out.

Speaking in the NA, Shah said the court had itself ended the sentence and Nawaz Sharif had himself expressed excuse in this case.

He said the PPP government did not raise issue of former president, General (retd) Pervez Musharraf as it did not want to demoralize the military.

Shah said past mistakes must be set aside if we want to move forward together.

On the occasion, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said the Swiss cases were legal, adding that they had not asked the court to take notice of this.

He rejected Shah’s claim and said PML-N had never expressed its reluctance to PPP in getting these cases reopened.
