LAHORE: DCO Lahore Naseem Sadiq, in a letter written to Principal Secretary of Chief Minister Punjab, has demanded re-inquiry into LDA Plaza blaze on June 29, Geo News reported.

In the letter, DCO has claimed the plaza was set on fire deliberately to burn the records of controversial commercial plazas on June 29, therefore, the inquiry should be launched again to ascertain the facts.

The letter further stated that the evidences, collected from 7th floor of the plaza, revealed that it was set on fire to destroy the records.

DCO Naseem Sadiq has also demanded to collect evidences through forensic laboratory to probe into the matter.
