Withdrawal of promotions: 15 Sindh police officers yet to relinquish charge

KARACHI: As many as 15 police officers, whose out of turn promotions have been withdrawn by the Sindh government in compliance with the Supreme Court orders, have not left their charge.

The officers are still working in their offices despite the fact that the government had issued a notification two days ago.

Arshad Raza who was demoted to the post of DSP is still working PS to Sindh IG while Akram Abro is discharging his duties in Sukkar on his previous post.

Munir Ahmed Khoro, DPO Mitiari, Noorul Haq Rind Abdul Waqar and other offices have yet to relinquish their charge following the notification.
