Bulls seen ruling the roost in Karachi stock

KARACHI: A bullish trend was seen at the very outset of the opening of trading in the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.

The investors on an optimistic note went on buying shares, which saw the benchmark KSE-100 index at one point shooting up by 118 points to 23278 points.

It may be recalled that the stock market yesterday after passing through a turbulent day had wrapped up trading at 23160.89 down by 11.46 points. Market capitalization recorded an increase of over Rs5.37 billion.
