Two cops sustain injuries in Peshawar police mobile blast

PESHAWAR: Two policemen sustained injuries following an explosion near a police mobile van here on Saturday night, Geo News reported.

According to sources, a police party was on a routine patrol on Ring Road when it suddenly came under attack near Superior Science College Peshawar. The vehicle was partially damaged in the blast.

Rescue teams shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.

The police have launched an investigation into the attack.
