ISLAMABAD: Paramilitary soldiers scoured the Benazir International Airport in the early hours of Saturday amid security threats.

Heavy contingent of the Rangers sealed all the roads leading to the airport and vacated the parking lot. The officials also stopped the passengers from going inside the airport.

The airport authorities termed the move as a routine search over fear of terrorists attack.
