Karachi: Five including police sub-inspector killed

KARACHI: Five more people including a police sub-inspector were killed in ongoing incidents of firing and violence in the metropolis on Monday.

According to the police, the police sub-inspector of Pirabad police station was shot dead near Banaras Bridge. Police said that the sub-inspector was in civilian clothes and was on his way home after performing his duty.

Another man was shot dead in Baldia Town #4.

A sympathizer of Ahl e Sunnat Wal Jamaat was gunned down in Orangi Town Sector #11 while in the same area one more person was killed in the separate incident of firing.

In Mangopir area, another person was killed near Garam Chashma.
