RAWALPINDI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has filed a petition in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) to become a party in the Benazir Bhutto murder case on Tuesday here, Geo news reported.

PPP secretary general and a senior lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa presented his power of attorney in the special court hearing the Benazir Bhutto assassination case here.

Latif Khosa made a plea to the court to allow PPP to become a party in the case. He argued that Benazir Bhutto was the chairperson of PPP and now her legal heir Bilawal Bhutto was the chairman.
