KARACHI: The officials of Custom Drug Enforcement Cell at the Karachi airport held a Saudi Arabia-bound passenger with one kilogram heroin Saturday, Geo News reported.

According to Customs officials, a passenger named Muhammad Shehzad was about to board on a Saudi Air flight SV-715 for Saudi Arabia when Custom officials recovered heroin from secret chambers of his suitcase.

The accused is the resident of Gujrat and was held by the officials for further investigation.
