NAB may open cases against Zardari: Aitzaz

LAHORE: Eminent lawyer and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Senator Aitzaz Ahsan said that Asif Ali Zardari enjoyed immunity as President of the country but the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) might open cases against him after his departure from the presidency.

Speaking to media on Sunday after guard of honour ceremony at the President House, Ahsan said that there was no Constitutional restriction on the president to take part in politics. He said that the PPP was ready to face the situation.
