Biggest gas theft of Lahore’s history unearthed

LAHORE: Raiding team of Sui Northern Gas Company and City District Government unearthed biggest gas theft in the history of Lahore, Geo News reported.

The team conducted raid at a steel factory in Darogawala in Lahore and arrested two employees.

According to the raiding team, action was taken on the complaints of local residents about low gas pressure. When the team inspected the pipeline, it was discovered that gas was being provided to the steel factory, spread on several canals of land, of Sikandar Gujjar.

Two employees of the factory have been arrested, however, the owners of were not present at the time of raid.
