Faisalabad: Raped minor girl turns out to be married

FAISLABAD: In a shocking revelation, it has been learnt that the under-aged girl, who was brutally raped in Faisalabad, is married.

The parents of the victim disclosed they had gotten her daughter married to a 22-year-old man in Gojra from where, the parents said, she escaped.

They said that on her way back some lecherous men caught their daughter and subjected her to inhumane sexual assault.

Meanwhile, the assaulted girl has regained consciousness and got her statement registered with the police. The suspects would be presented before the victim for identification purpose.

Hospital sources said that the victim is now in better condition.
