Three killed as passenger van catches fire

MUZAFFARGARH: At least three people were burnt to death and seven others sustained injuries after a passenger van caught fire near Qureshi chowk, Geo News reported.

Rescue sources said fire erupted in the gas cylinder of Kot Addu bound van and engulfed entire vehicle, killing three people including a woman. Seven other people received burnt injuries.

Rescue teams have retrieved three bodies from the van. The causalities may increase as rescue work was underway.
