PM Nawaz Sharif visits Kahuta nuclear plant

KAHOTA: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after assumption of power in his maiden visit to the nuclear plant was given a thorough briefing relating to the existing safety measures for the plant on Friday here, Geo News reported.

Sources said that the prime minister accompanied by the top military officials went on a visit to the Kahuta nuclear plant, where he was being briefed about the nuclear program and nuclear assets including the stringent safety measures in vogue.
