PESHAWAR: Awami National Party leader Haji Ghulam Ahmed Bilour has said that his party was in favor of successful negotiations with Taliban, Geo News reported.

Addressing a press conference here Friday, Bilour strongly criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial government, saying that it imposed martial law by snatching the jobs of poor masses.

ANP leader termed demolishing cabins of more than 600 poor masses, in the name of encroachments in Peshawar, as anti-people policy.

He said power theft in Punjab and Sindh was more as compared to other provinces, adding a single industry consumes more electricity than Peshawar there.
