Peshawar: Several suspects rounded up during search operation

PESHAWAR: Several suspects were apprehended when police and other law enforcement agencies in Peshawar kicked off the search operation, Geo News reported Tuesday.

According to police, a joint search operation was conducted in the vicinity of Agha Mirjani police station in Yakkatoot and other surrounding areas. Several suspected persons were arrested during the raid while arms and drugs were also seized from their possession.

Police told that the operation was conducted in the backdrop of holy months of Muharramul Haram.
