RAWALPINDI: Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has undergone an angioplasty after he felt chest pain and is currently in stable condition, hospital sources told.
The federal minister was admitted to cardiology institute in Rawalpindi where he underwent angioplasty.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif , his wife Begum Kulsoom Nawaz and daughter Maryam Nawaz visited the hospital to inquire about his health.
Doctors told that he is out of danger and will be shifted to home today.
On the contrary, Finance Ministry said that Ishaq Dar underwent a routine medical check up including a check up related to heart ailment.
