Abdul Maroof advocate’s house attack: police arrest accused

KARACHI: Rangers and police have arrested an accused, said to be involved in arm attack on Advocate Abdul Maroof’s house, from Gulistan-e-Johar, Geo News reported.

Sources said police and paramilitary force conducted raid at a private hospital in the area and arrested the accused identified as Shahid.

Sources said accused Shahid belongs to a political party.

On the information of Shahid, raids were being carried out in other areas for search of more accused, who opened fire at the house of Abdul Maroof Advocate, prosecutor in Geo News reporter Wali Khan Babar murder case, on November 21.
