KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has formed a 3-member committee to engage in talks with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in connection with the local bodies elections in Sindh, Geo News reported Monday.
The committee comprises Dr. Farooq Sattar, Dr. Sagheer Ahmed and Kanwar Naveed Jameel.
The MQM body is tasked to hold consultations with PPP leadership over local bodies elections in Sindh and the related matters, including law and order, and delimitation of constituencies.
Sindh government is all set to hold the local body polls across the province on January 18.
