ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Wednesday reserved the decision on the maintainability of the petition challenging the constitution of the special court for treason trial of former president Pervez Musharraf, Geo News reported.

Riaz Hanif Rahi had filed the petition against the constitution of special court in IHC here.

During the hearing, IHC Justice Noorul Huque Qureshi observed that the petitioner should have approached the proper forum, while the Registrar office recorded its objection that the petitioner was not the affected person and his right to challenge does not hold.

Following hearing on the maintainability of the petition, Justice Qureshi has reserved the decision.
