By-election in NA 69 on January 23: ECP

LAHORE: By-election in NA-69 (Khushab) constituency for National Assembly would be held on January 23, according to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) scheduled released Thursday.

As per schedule, the candidates would be able to submit their nomination papers on September 16 and 17 while the process of scrutiny would take place from September 19 to 24.

Appeals on raised objections would be heard on December 26. Decisions on the appeals would be made till January 1. Final list of candidates would be issued on January 4.
