ECP issues Sindh LB elections schedule

ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued the schedule of the Sindh local bodies (LB) elections, Geo News reported on Wednesday.

According to the schedule, the nomination papers would be received during December 26-29, while the papers would be scrutinized from January 1 to January 5 and appeals could be filed on January 6 and 7.

The final list of the candidates would be issued on January 13, 2014.

It may be mentioned here that LB polls in Sindh will be held on January 18, 2014.
