Geo News representative’s house attacked in Lower Dir

LOWER DIR: Unknown armed men attacked the house of Geo News correspondent Ahsanullah Shakir in Jandool area in Lower Dir early Friday morning, Geo News reported.

Details have it that unidentified assailants opened fire on Ahsanullah Shakir’s house in Jandool area today that injured his nephew Imtiaz Ahmed aged 20. He was shifted to hospital for treatment.

His brother told Geo News that Ahsanullah had been receiving threats from unknown persons and they wanted to target his brother today, however, fortunately Ahsanullah was not present at home at the time of attack.
