Attack on Chaudhry Aslam: Police prepare initial report

KARACHI An initial report into a deadly bomb attack that led to killing of SP Chauhdry Aslam reveals that an explosive laden vehicle was rammed into the officer's vehicle, Geo News reported.

DIG Zafar Abbasi and SSP CID Niaz Khoso prepared the report. The report said that a Suzuki pickup laden with 150-200 kilogram explosives was used in the blast.

According to the report, the explosives were placed in a plastic container and there were no evidences whether any device or remote control were used in the attack.

A hand and other human organs were also found on the crime scene and sent for DNA test and finger prints.
