Security beefed up around Karachi Central Jail

KARACHI: Security around the Karachi Central Jail has been beefed up with heavy deployment of policemen after reports regarding militant attack on the detention facility.

Geo News reported on Tuesday that a road leading to Jail Chowrangi was closed by parking trucks on Jamshed Road.

Sources said the arrangements have been made in the backdrop of security threats.
