ISLAMABAD: The medical report of former military dictator Pervez Musharraf has been prepared, which is likely to be produced today (Friday) before the special court hearing the high treason case against him for abrogating the Constitution while pronouncing a state of emergency rule on Nov 3, 2007.
The special court on January 16 had ordered the formation of a medical board comprising senior doctors of the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) for ascertaining the health condition of Musharraf and had directed that the medical board should submit its report by January 24.
On Thursday, the special court, headed by Justice Faisal Arab and comprising Justice Tahira Safdar and Justice Yawar Ali, resumed hearing in the high treason case wherein Anwar Mansoor Khan, the counsel for Musharraf, presented arguments.
