Rangers’ targeted operation in Karachi

KARACHI: A strong contingent of 500 Rangers personnel including women Rangers took part in a targeted operation in Karachi's Quaidabad area early Sunday morning.

The Sindh Rangers spokesman added, that the operation was conducted on information relating to the presence of suspected persons in the area.

During the operation all exit and entry points were blocked and a door-to-door search was conducted.

Meanwhile, several persons already taken into custody are being interrogated.
