Pakistani Muhammad Karim outshines Indian skier

SOCHI: Pakistani Muhammad Karim appeared in the Mens Grand Slalom at the Winter Olympics.

The country’s sole representative at the games, Karim outperformed Indian skier Himanshu Thakur to finish 71 overall.

Muhammad Karim clocked in a total time of 3:27:41 during his two runs.

Ted Ligety from the US claimed gold while Frenchmen Steve Missillier and Alexis Pinturault won the silver and bronze medals.
