Awaran police recover kidnapped 4 levies, 2 polio vaccinators

AWARAN: The police on Wednesday morning here recovered the four Levies personnel and two polio vaccinators, who were kidnapped during an armed attack on the convoy of the Deputy Commissioner of Awaran by the militants a few days ago, Geo News reported.

Police said that a raid was conducted on a tip-off at ‘Qasmi Jo’ area of Awaran and four Levies personnel and two polio vaccinators were recovered, however, the kidnappers successfully escaped from the scene.

Police said that raids are being conducted for the arrest of the kidnappers.
