KARACHI: Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves have registered a gain of 185 million dollars, said a statement of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Thursday.

According to SBP, as a result of the above addition the total foreign exchange reserves of the country now stand at 9.6489 billion dollars.

The steady improvement in the position of Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves has already resulted in an unprecedented rise in the value of rupee against dollar.
