Kabul hotel attacked by four gunmen: official

KABUL: Four suspected Taliban gunmen entered the luxury Serena hotel in central Kabul on Thursday evening before being shot dead, officials said, adding there were no details on casualties as guests were rushed to safe rooms.

"Four attackers who had managed to enter the Serena hotel are now dead. The area is now clear," Sediq Sediqqi, the interior ministry spokesman, told the Tolo TV news channel.
