KARACHI: Speaker Sindh Assembly, Agha Siraj Durrani on Monday announced that the MPA hostel, which is presently in construction phase, will also have a beauty parlor for women members and a salon for males.

“A mini shopping mall will also be part of the MPA hostel,” the Speaker said while addressing a gathering here after inaugurating construction work for a parking lot at the Sindh Assembly.

The parking lot will have the capacity to accommodate as many as 300 vehicles at a time. The basement will have space for 240 vehicles while 155 more could be parked on the first floor.

Agha Siraj Durrani said the construction of parking facility will take one year to complete.

He said construction of the MPA hostel is also underway which will facilitate the members coming from the upper parts of Sindh.

On the occasion, opposition leader in the Sindh Assembly, Khawaja Izharul Hassan said the provincial government should also announce packages for the common man.

Sindh Education Minister Nisar Khuhro, Murad Ali Shah, Nand Kumar and other MPAs attended the ceremony.
