Govt., Taliban CBM process begins: Prof Ibrahim

ISLAMABAD: Taliban liaison committee member Professor Ibrahim on Saturday said that the confidence building measures (CBM) process between the government and the Taliban has started, while the crucial details would come to the fore in the joint meeting of the government and Taliban liaison committee here today, Geo News reported.

He said that the government committee has already had a meeting with the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.

Professor Ibrahim said that both the committees (God willing) would soon be going to the tribal areas for holding the second key meeting with Taliban Shura.
