Imran wonders why PM only takes Shahbaz on foreign tours

LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan Saturday wondered as to why Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif only takes Shahbaz Sharif along with him on foreign trips, creating a sense of deprivation in other provinces.

In a statement issued here, Imran Khan lamented that political leadership of Pakistan never upheld merit.

“Our politics is like a monarchy which is always driven by nepotism and personal likes and dislikes instead of giving merit a chance,” the PTI chief maintained.
