Fazl opposes ban on Geo News

ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the attack on Hamid Mir triggered a sense of insecurity in Pakistan.

In a statement issued on late Monday night, the JUI-F Ameer said that he will not support ban on Geo news.

He also expressed concerns over the demonstrations staged by some ban organizations in support of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and said they gave a wrong impression which needs to be corrected.
