Police kill two suspects in Lyari encounter

KARACHI: Two suspects were killed in police firing in Lyari in the early hours of Thursday, Geo News reported.

According to the police, the suspects opened fire when police stopped their vehicle during snap checking near Cheek Chowk. They said that the two men were killed when police returned fire.

The police said that arms were also recovered from the possession of the deceased. The bodies were shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.
