Police unearth gang involved in kidnapping for ransom

KARACHI: Police claimed to have unearthed an organized gang, involved in kidnapping for ransom and other heinous crimes, in Karachi, Geo News reported.

According to details, the police have arrested Aziz Bhatti police picket incharge, Jabbar Abro, on the charges of kidnapping for ransom.

Other gang members included a reporter of private TV channel and former Station House Officer (SHO) Ghulam Hussain Pirzada.

Police were conducting raids to arrest the other accused.
