LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), Chairman Imran Khan Saturday ruled out the possibility of engaging in a dialogue with the incumbent government.
“No delegation should approach me with the intention of holding talks,” Imran Khan categorically said while talking to media representatives at his residence here.
He denied conveying any message to the government through Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Sirajul Haq.
Khan said if anything were to happen to him, its responsibility will squarely fall on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. “I am telling my workers that if any harm came way, its revenge be taken from Nawaz Sharif,” he added.
He said to him anyone who stood with Nawaz Sharif would be considered as the latter’s personal servant.
The PTI chief once again assured that his protest would be peaceful but regretted that Punjab has been blocked by placing containers. However, he claimed that his party’s ‘Azadi March’ on August 14 in Islamabad will be a successful.
