ISLAMABAD: Brushing aside Imran Khan’s allegations, former chief justice Ifikhar Muhamamd Chaudhry has said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman had no evidences to prove his claims.

Talking to media on Monday, he said that Mr Khan was leveling baseless allegations and had no answer to his Rs20 billion notice.

The former CJ said that it was written in the notice that the PTI chief was hurling allegations for some motives.

He added that Imran Khan had not filed any petition in the Supreme Court instead he had become a party in a plea filed by the Watan Party. Mr Chaudhry said that Imran Khan had filed 58 petition in the Election Tribunals of which 39 had been decided.
