Nawaz cancels Turkey visit as political crisis intensifies

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has canceled his visit to Turkey where he was to attend oath taking ceremony of newly elected President Recep Tayyip Erdogan due to prevailing political crisis in Islamabad in the wake of PTI and PAT sit-ins, sources said.

The sources further said that President Mamnoon Husssain will leave for Turkey on Thursday (today) to attend the ceremony.
