LONDON/KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain has asked the federal government to step down if it is not willing to accept “just demands” in the prevailing circumstances.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said that he will not be in a position to refuse if the MQM’s coordination committee decides to join the sit-in.
He also warned: “Army and ISI might also lost patience if government does not take decisions with wisdom”
The MQM supremo said intervention of ‘third force’ is inevitable if stubbornness and debate goes on and on. He, however, added there could be some amendments in Tahiurl Qadri’s demands.
