PTI candidate wins KP by-election

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Ehtesham Javed Akbar has won by-election held for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly constituency PK-68.

According to unofficial results, the PTI candidate secured 37,686 votes while independent candidate Kazim Shah bagged 32,379 votes.

The KPK assembly seat fell vacant after disqualification of Javed Akbar Khan, father of Ehtesham Javed, in fake degree case.
